Product Suitability / Legality
We make no representation the products offered for sale are legal or appropriate for use in your state, country or region. You are responsible for
compliance with laws governing the use of these products. You agree to hold Little House Supply harmless from, and you covenant not to sue Little
House Supply for any claims based on the use of products we sell.
Product Warranty
Little House Supply make no warranty as to products sold by us, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties or fitness for a
particular purpose.
Little House Supply will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties (see below for
manufacturer warranty and contact information).
The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to a person or property arising for the design, manufacture and testing of its products,
and we accept no liability for such damages.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Do not return any defective product to us without contacting us first. Many manufacturers require the part shipped DIRECTLY to them. They will issue
an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
